Residents of the Latvian city of Ogre witnessed a business bird escorting a prickly beast out of the roadway.
The incident took place on May 22, “Mir 24” TV channel reports.
The hedgehog crossed the highway in the wrong place and stopped in the middle of the road, putting his life in danger. A crow noticed the emergency situation and started to drive an unhelpful pedestrian to the side of the road with its beak.
The bird brought the hedgehog to the curb and several times tried to convince him to get over the obstacle, but this time the phlegmatic animal did not give in to persuasion.
