Peacock weddings disturb residents of village to sleep

More than fifty peacocks settled in the Hillside Terrace Township in the United States and terrorized its population.

A local TV channel filmed a story about insolent birds.

Residents of the settlement told journalists that a couple of peacocks settled in the townspeople a few years ago. Outwardly attractive birds instantly broke up and turned into a real disaster: birds consider themselves full owners of the settlement, walking freely wherever they want, and completely ignore the presence of people.

Now the peacocks are in their breeding season, and at night, fifty birds’ throats make public unpleasant shouts in the neighborhood.

It turned out that regional authorities are not authorized to deal with feathered troublemakers who are not pets. Representatives of the wildlife protection agency also refused to solve the problem: birds are not considered wild animals.
