In the town of Oak Park opened an unusual institution for squirrels and birds called Maison de Noix (translated from French – “House of Nuts”).
It was arranged by a local resident in the yard of his mansion.
American James Vreeland equipped the fenced veranda with miniature wooden furniture: homemade tables and chairs are perfect for visitors. The interior is decorated with squirrel statuettes, one of which holds a bowl with plenty of treats.
There is a menu in front of the restaurant entrance. Animals are offered to taste assorted seeds, apples, nuts, as well as dried bread and pizza leftovers.
According to photos and videos published in the Instagram social network, the facility is extremely popular among local birds and rodents.
