A white red squirrel visited the Scotsman

A resident of the Scottish town of Dunkeld took some of the best pictures of a rodent of the rarest color, who came to visit the courtyard of his mansion, the Daily Mail tabloid reports.

Chris Eddington noticed an unusual animal while walking around the site. The white animal was sitting near a tree and had something to chew on. The man immediately photographed a fluffy guest.

Later it turned out that the photographer managed to capture a representative of a red squirrel with a genetic mutation called leucism: rodent has a common pigmentation of the eyes, which distinguishes it from albino.
